Welcome to the home page of the Toledo Potters' Guild. Since 1951, the Guild has provided community, support and studio access for a group of dedicated potters. Membership is by juried application.  For decades, the Guild has resided at the Toledo Botanical Garden, along with cottages housing glassblowers, photographers, artists, the herb society, and other area organizations.

Members enjoy the use of gas, electric and raku kilns for a range of firing techniques, as well as a variety of potter's wheels, glaze materials, slab roller and extruders, a spray booth, pug mill and clay mixer.

The Toledo Potters Guild offers potter's wheel and general ceramics instruction to the public, both for kids and adults. Beginner to advanced students are welcome.
Adult classes meet once weekly for ten sessions,
6:00-8:30 pm. with instructors
Steve Johnston and Kelly Savino.
Summer session begins June 8th, 2009.

(Admission is first come, first served, and classes fill quickly.)
